We are out on events, so you can call our mobile phone, also please excuse any baby crying in the background, we are all parents.
Quicker response for us is via email. We will call you back. There are few admins online via email and on person on phones that is usually in and out of event.

Please note some of our characters are NON licensed. Our company can only accept bookings from clients who understand that we are not licensed characters . Should you have the need for a licensed copyrighted character for your event, we encourage you to contact the company or copyright holders for specific required characters. We source contractors  that work for multiple agencies and are booking agent for those contractors and other entertainment companies. We also have characters that aren't required for license. If you are a licence holder and want to discuss with us, please email xlentevents@gmail.com. Most of the costumes are owned by other contractors and agencies and some events are charity and non for profit, so its best to discuss this with us.
